BOURBON DINNERS

Since inventory rotates so frequently, or certain bourbons are occasionally difficult to bring in, each bourbon flight will be selected on an event-by-event basis. The Beverage Director will provide three flight options at the time of booking for client to choose from. All tastings will be held by our Beverage Director; speaking through each bourbon and/or pairing, then allowing the guests to mingle and discuss each bourbon in a communal setting.

NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS $55pp

Flight of three local bourbons; each table receives a share plate that compliments the bourbon flight.

THE CLASSIFIEDS $75pp

Flight of four bourbons; each bourbon is served with a small plate pairing, as a coursed experience.

THE HEADLINER $125pp

Flight of four high end or specially allocated bourbons; each bourbon is served with a small plate pairing, as a coursed experience.

WINE DINNERS

Client will have the selection of wine experience; each to be paired with a small plate menu that will change seasonally.

COCKTAIL CLASSES

Cocktail classes will focus on one spirit, then highlight a classic cocktail that is connected to each spirit. This is an interactive experience, as our Beverage Director will provide a small background on the chosen spirit, followed by a tasting of 3-4 labels, then a guidance through how to build the cocktail. Guests will then have the opportunity to build the same drink, utilizing label of choice of the spirit, a variety of cordials, syrups, citrus, and fresh herbs.
